Timeline of Hindu Mythological History

Extract from Wikipedia Brahmanical Tradition Cosmogony and the Antediluvian history [ edit ] According to the Vedic traditions, human history proceeds in cycles, dependent on the evolutions and dissolutions of the world. Time is divided into four ages –  Krita Yuga ,  Treta Yuga ,  Dvapara Yuga  and  Kali Yuga  – collectively forming one  Maha Yuga . Seventy-one Mahayugas form a  Manvantara , a period of time over which a  Manu  presides. In each cycle, this Manu is the first man and also the first king and lawgiver. Every Manvantara has its own set of  Indra , gods and seven sages. Fourteen Manvantara create a  Kalpa (aeon) , after which the creation comes to a close in a periodical destruction called  Pralaya . The world today has many leaders who are experts in the dark side of leadership and follow Machiavellian leadership principles which is the realistic view of leadership written by  Machiavelli during times when the roman empire was in chaos. The Machiavellism is described as immoral behaviour such as dishonesty and killing of innocents as being normal and effective in politics.It is associated with political deceit,deviousness  and other manipulations by which one can accumulate power.It is the deployment of cunning and duplicity in statecraft and in general conduct.It is also described as duplicitous interpersonal style,cynical disregard for morality and a focus on self interest and personal gain.The leaders who use this leadership style use psychological manipulation tactics and are morally bankrupt.They can be identified by their desire to maintain power at any cost,harsh management tactics and manipulative behaviour.They deploy psychological manipulative tactics o...
