Extract from Wikipedia Brahmanical Tradition Cosmogony and the Antediluvian history [ edit ] According to the Vedic traditions, human history proceeds in cycles, dependent on the evolutions and dissolutions of the world. Time is divided into four ages –  Krita Yuga ,  Treta Yuga ,  Dvapara Yuga  and  Kali Yuga  – collectively forming one  Maha Yuga . Seventy-one Mahayugas form a  Manvantara , a period of time over which a  Manu  presides. In each cycle, this Manu is the first man and also the first king and lawgiver. Every Manvantara has its own set of  Indra , gods and seven sages. Fourteen Manvantara create a  Kalpa (aeon) , after which the creation comes to a close in a periodical destruction called  Pralaya . The Dark Side of Leadership

The world today has many leaders who are experts in the dark side of leadership and follow Machiavellian leadership principles which is the realistic view of leadership written by  Machiavelli during times when the roman empire was in chaos.

The Machiavellism is described as immoral behaviour such as dishonesty and killing of innocents as being normal and effective in politics. It is associated with political deceit, deviousness  and other manipulations by which one can accumulate power. It is the deployment of cunning and duplicity in statecraft and in general conduct. It is also described as duplicitous interpersonal style, cynical disregard for morality and a focus on self interest and personal gain. The leaders who use this leadership style use psychological manipulation tactics and are morally bankrupt. They can be identified by their desire to maintain power at any cost, harsh management tactics and manipulative behaviour. They deploy psychological manipulative tactics on victims. They resort to theft of public resources and money when the public has made them representative and trusted them.

The Dark side of Leadership is driven mostly by evil nature and materialistic values and belief system and the belief that might is right. The leaders who cannot control their reptilian nature and rise up to the human nature and beyond are generally expert in the dark side of leadership. They believe in territoriality, self interest, lack of ethics and belief that might is right which is prevalent in the jungle world as the driving force behind everything and to be the universal truth and there is nothing more important beyond that and most leaders who belong to this category are also atheists and do not believe in God.The Bhagavad Gita categorises people into Good and Bad in the Deva Asura Sampad Vibhaga Yoga and describes certain qualities that the Asuras possess in excess and those qualities drive them to be Asuras.

These leaders deploy a culture in which the people following them would fight with each other to gain promotions and deploy one group of followers to subjugate another group of followers if the group rebels against their manipulative and evil ways. They use false propaganda and generally own few media companies which always show them to be the best people born on earth and do not talk about their wrong doings or frauds. They distribute money to woo voters to vote for them and also distribute liquor, drugs and use false promises which cater to certain vote banks so that they can get the votes from them. They engage in dividing the territory among themselves and work as a syndicate or a mafia organisation which offers protection, influence, contracts and in return expects money for their services. They also resort to killing their enemies by using criminals, terrorists and also by causing accidents which are preplanned. They do not allow the witnesses to appear in the courts and kill them if needed or bribe them with money or blackmail them to not give evidence or give false evidence in courts. They develop a culture in the state where the entire state apparatus becomes corrupt and only influence and knowing the right people will make you successful .They put false cases on their enemies and put them in jail by manipulating the criminal justice system to give punishments to innocents. They deploy spies on their enemies and even their own followers and generally use evidence and influence to damage them if needed. They promote people who are inferior to them in skill and capability to higher ranks and suppress those people who are more intelligent or capable than them and they are always anxious about losing their leadership position and want to hold it at any cost. They loot the banks by taking loans from them and not paying it back to the banks and using the money for their own self interest and generally leave the country when they lose the power or when they get caught or when things turn against them. They generally form a criminal nexus which hampers the growth of society so that few people can hold all the resources like money, people, power and machines.

They promote communal violence, regional violence, caste violence and demand the foot soldiers or lower rung leaders to sacrifice their lives in the fight while they sit in their luxurious villas not getting themselves involved in such things. They put their followers first when there is danger and they run away so that they can be alive and think that the followers are people whose lives do not matter and also believe it is the duty of follower to sacrifice their lives for the leader while the leader does not help the follower in any way. They use women to set honey traps to damage their rivals popularity and use false propaganda to throw dirt on their enemies and generally resort to the behaviour of you save my back and I will save yours and engage in a give and take type of relationship to generate influence which is used for purposes which benefit them. They praise those followers who are loyal to them more than those who do their work properly and generally do not like people who do their work properly. They are very ambiguous in their decision making and resort to impulsive behaviour often putting the people who come to them for justice in doldrums. They engage in bribing officials, demanding a percentage of all government contracts, giving contracts only to their kith and kin and loyal followers thus promoting nepotism, they also believe in racial and caste discrimination and think that few races and castes should only prosper or rule while all other races and castes should be subservient to them. They care more about their self interest even though it is harmful to the society and would love to piggyback on the laurels achieved by some other people and not work but still expect a share of the effort. They engage in buying the leaders in opposite parties by offering them money and positions and also engage in dismantling the opposition party by buying their leaders. They also engage in killing their enemies by using police as tool by killing them using police in encounters or by killing them and declaring them as missing. They also torture their enemies and inject harmful chemicals  or radioactive substances which can cause death. They also resort to poisoning their enemies. They promote a vicious cycle in the society from which no one can escape.

The consciousness among people should rise and the more people become enlightened and spiritual and obligated to lead a life with values and would also love to sacrifice their lives in this effort such leaders who exhibit dark side of leadership can be controlled and not allowed to become leaders. The Human nature in the people must subjugate the reptilian nature present in them then this world which is filled with 75% rogues posing as leaders can be cleansed of such leaders and in their place leaders who could drive the world towards a virtuous cycle path and bring enlightenment to people and allow the human nature to progress towards divine nature can come.

Vijayawada…..What is so special in this name?  it’s a great railway junction. It has a living river flowing by its side. It has given India its national flag. It was a place where great leaders who played a crucial role in the Indian independence struggle were born.It has one of the shakti peetas.  It has one of the biggest bus-terminals in the world.  It has the most comfortable weather , an all-time spring scenario. It is a center for education. It is the place where the leaders of the cinema industry were mentored. To put it in one sentence “It is the place where people think!” On the other hand it is that place in India which is only next to Mumbai in terms of rowdy sheets. It is the place rowdies have ruled for decades. It is the place where a girl who steps outside the house is so insecure.  Apart from rowdy history which Ram Gopal Varma is portraying there is the other dark side. It has become a fashion to kill in the name of love. And all started here...
