Once upon a time in a distant galaxy and in a distant star and in a distant planet there existed a species similar to us humans and this species has a kingdom with a king ruling it.The people of the kingdom used to vote who needs to be the leader or king of the kingdom and the majority vote will decide who will be the king for this kingdom.The majority of the kingdom were illiterate,poor and even foolish and would easily be influenced to vote for a person contesting the election by pouring a liquid for free similar to our alcohol and also by giving a paper which is similar to our money and the people in this kingdom are also influenced to vote by propaganda machine which can spread false information to look like accurate and correct information.The people of this kingdom can also be easily influenced to vote by promising them few freebies and if few people of a certain sect are satisfied then it is easy to influence all the people who belong to this sect.The people belonging to this kingdom also do not mind subjugation,slavery and poverty till they are engrossed in some other material aspect of life like drinking.There were few intelligent,people with values but they chose to not vote as their vote wouldn't matter in deciding who will be the next king.
In this kingdom and people there came a 30% commission guy who would do anything only when 30% of the commission of the total value of the work is given to him but this 30% guy is very talented and can speak very articulately and is very clever and is similar to the people in the kingdom and.The 30% guy has showered the existing king and people with gifts like drink similar to alcohol,money and by talking sweetly with all the people he won their hearts and minds and luckily this 30% guy belonged to the sect which was ruling the kingdom then so he enjoyed a large following among his sect people also.He has his own propaganda machine which always showed him as the best person who is eligible to become the king for this kingdom.Then the elections came for the new king and the 30% guy won this election by using force,propaganda,manipulation,gifts and false promises and by distributing a lot of alcohol and money.This is how the 30% guy became the king of the kingdom.
Now that the 30% guy has become the king of this kingdom he demanded 30% of all the activities that are done by using the budget in the kingdom and he became very rich and had many people who were his followers.He used to act in front of people that all his money has been spent on them and he is very poor and used to safely store his excess money in a nearby kingdom.His propaganda showed him as the messiah of the people in the kingdom and his gifts to people and freebies always kept them happy.
Once the 30% guy became king then he installed people similar to him in various posts needed to take care of the kingdom.These people also became very rich and were very happy.This how the 30% guy made the kingdom and the people in the kingdom very happy and lived forever.
